A Sacramento nonprofit has launched a Web site with a comprehensive listing of free or low-cost health care services for consumers.

Prosecutors from the California Attorney General’s office announced Friday that they flied grand theft, embezzlement and burglary charges against a Sacramento life insurance agent who they say fleeced retirees to pay for her gambling activity.
