In a memorandum issued Wednesday to four of the state’s largest charitable health insurance providers and the Massachusetts Hospital Association, Attorney General Martha Coakley outlined a plan for her office to increase its oversight of compensation practices for executives and directors in Massachusetts non-profit charitable health care organizations.
